Removable Copper Tube Core Advantages:

1.On-site repairable to 100% cooling capacity

The removable tube is field-repairable and capable of being returned to 100% cooling capacity on-site often without having to remove the radiator out of the machine, saving on downtime and labour cost.

2.Flexible genuine vition grommets

Individual cooling tubes are fitted in galvanised header-plates with genuine Viton grommets. Grommets absorb vibration, stresses and thermal shock which cause rigid soldered seams to crack and leak.

3.Maximum temperature: 250°C.

4.Low maintenance

Tubes are arranged to create open passages so dirt and debris can blow through the core either with high pressure water or air.

Product Feature:

1. The cooling element can adapt to the impact of sandstone and can be replaced in units; it can adapt to the vibration resistance requirements of the road surface with unevenness and corrosion resistance.

2. The performance module adopts a different process from the traditional water tank. Under the condition of ensuring the performance of the water tank, it has the advantages of simple production, easy installation, and convenient disassembly and maintenance.

3. Each cooling tube is independently connected to each other, and they are tightly connected together through clamps. When they are sealed by a rubber collar or the like, the vibrating side effects are cancelled out by these structures when the tank is vibrated, so that it is vibration-resistant. High, strong; and, when a certain or part of it breaks, because of the detachable type, you can replace the damaged cooling tube alone.
